In order to improve the heat transfer effect, the pipe connection should make the two processes completely countercurrent.
Before the installation of spiral plate heat exchanger, the pipeline system shall be cleaned, and no mud, sand, debris, etc. shall be left in it; check whether the heat exchanger is damaged during transportation, and whether large debris falls into the pipe orifice. After the installation of the equipment, the equipment and system shall be subject to hydrostatic test. After the hydrostatic test, the equipment shall be insulated.
The scale of spiral plate heat exchanger attached to the heat transfer surface is difficult to remove, which increases the maintenance cost, not only costs manpower and material resources, but also damages the heating surface and reduces the service life of the heat exchanger. After the generation of scale, the flow section inside and outside the heat transfer surface will be reduced, and the flow resistance of circulating water inside and outside the heat transfer surface will be increased. In severe cases, the flow section is very small, or even completely blocked, which will make the heat exchanger unable to operate normally.
The scale heat conduction performance of spiral plate heat exchanger is very poor, which is 30-50 times less than that of steel. The existence of scale will make the heat transfer of heating surface worse, so that the heat transfer surface can not reach the ideal temperature drop. According to the introduction of relevant data, the experiment shows that the efficiency of the heat exchanger will be reduced by about 10% when the scale with thickness of 1 mm is produced.
Add medicine to soften. It has the characteristics of simple method, high efficiency, good economy and no need of special water making equipment. It is a very practical anti scaling water treatment method. According to the different methods of dosing, there are two kinds of treatment, one is corrector treatment, the other is antiscaling treatment.
